Recipe for Fiesta Chicken Pronto

Recipe for Fiesta Chicken Pronto 
Ingredients:
 ·        Boneless, skinless chicken breasts – approx. 6 to 8 breasts (3.5 pounds) 
·        (2) 16-oz. cans of black beans, drained and rinsed 
·        (2) 10.5-oz. cans of cream of chicken soup (condensed)
 ·        (1) pkg. of taco seasoning mix
 ·        (1) jar (approx. 12 oz.) of salsa – we use Arriba! Medium Fire Roasted Mexican Red Salsa 
(found at Safeway), but you can choose whatever kind you prefer
 ·        White rice  

Directions: Arrange the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.  Drain and rinse the beans and pour them over the chicken breasts.  Add the cream of chicken soup, the taco seasoning mix, and the salsa to the crock pot.  Cover and cook on high for 3 hours, stirring occasionally.  Make the rice as instructed and serve the chicken mixture, once done, over the rice.   Yummy!!!  J
